Brickell Key Bay Walk FAQs

Is the Baywalk open to the public?

Yes. The Baywalk is a continuous 1.5-mile loop around Brickell Key that will remain open until demolition for the existing hotel starts. After The Residences are completed, the Bay Walk will be upgraded to a full perimeter path encircling the island.

Is the green space open to the public?

Yes. The green space is available for the public to use during daytime hours until the demolition of the existing hotel starts. If a private event is in progress, signage and directions will be visible to the public.

What is this?

This is the Sales Pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami developed by Swire Properties.

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday-Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday-Sunday from 12-5PM.

Is this Sales Pavilion by appointment only, or do you take walk-ins?

When will the Residences be completed?

Our first units will be delivered towards the end of 2029.
