Is the Baywalk open to the public?
  • Yes. The Baywalk is a continuous 1.5-mile loop around Brickell Key that will remain open until demolition for the existing hotel starts. After The Residences are completed, the Bay Walk will be upgraded to a full perimeter path encircling the island. 
Is the green space open to the public?
  • Yes. The green space is available for the public to use during daytime hours until the demolition of the existing hotel starts. If a private event is in progress, signage and directions will be visible to the public. 
What is this?
  • This is the Sales Pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami developed by Swire Properties.
Hours of Operation
  • We are open Monday-Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday-Sunday from 12-5PM.
Is this Sales Pavilion by appointment only, or do you take walk-ins?
