Martin brings 30 years of international experience in the ultra-luxury real estate market, with previous tenures in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York where he oversaw portfolios of leading luxury brands including LVMH, Chanel, and Hermes, as well as three co-developments with Mandarin Oriental and an array of restaurants collectively awarded 10 Michelin stars. 

Since 2018 Martin has led the retail strategy for Brickell City Centre, as SVP of Commercial, achieving 100% occupancy and transforming the Shops at Brickell City Centre into one of the most successful commercial destinations in the country. He also spearheaded the record-breaking $512 million sale of Brickell City Centre to Simon Property Group. 

The Company is ahead of schedule with the development of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, which has surpassed $1.2 billion in total sales, with $110 million in contracts closed in the last six weeks and another $30 million out for signature, signaling strong momentum throughout the holiday season.

Martin succeeds Henry Bott, who led the successful stabilization and sale of Brickell City Centre while overseeing the design development and launch of sales for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, representing the pinnacle of the company’s over 40-year masterplan on Brickell Key.
